Had a fantastic stay,great hotel staff were very helpful especialy on reception.special mention to haley made me feel right at home
Afternoon Tea
Met hayley today on reception, she helped organise our afternoon tea for our family and over night stay Hayley and the reception team are a real assist to the company , straight away, smiles as soon as you enter the Hotel. We even got a read heart balloon and card in our room for our anniversary which was a beautiful touch
Amazing overnight stay
Just come back from a lovely over night stay with my husband to celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary. Hayley P from reception called to book our dinner reservation , and also arranged with my husband a romantic love package added to the room . Such a lovely touch and it really made it special. We will definitely be back again in the future!
Would 100% recommend.
Just come back from a stay for my in laws wedding, the reception team couldn't do enough for us , they looked after our luggage until checkin time, and even delivered our luggage to our room. Would like to mention Hayley Parker who called ahead to ask if we needed anything arranging, informed us of the upgrade offers , which we obviously took full advantage off . Will definitely come back, thank you all again!
Golf trip to Oulton!
Golf trip with guys from the village. Venue excellent, and staff supper efficient and friendly. Just a call out to Julia and Oliver who managed our boisterous group superbly. The staff were proficient at managing different groups of guests, from out cheeky golf group, right through to couples on romantic breaks. Golf course really mature, and stimp rating on the greens perhaps a little slow, but good for a hotel venue.

Oulton Hall Golf Weekend
Stayed as part of a golf tour. Ate in the Calvery Grill in the evening. Really good food and excellent service from Julia and Oliver. Room was a good size and had all the facilities you'd expect. Golf course is a good test, although the greens werea little slow and bumpy. Enjoyed the weekend.
Great experience
Loved our returned stay at Oulton Hall, the reception team are very welcoming and informative, nothing was too much trouble for them .Speaking with the lovely Hayley Parker very kind and friendly. Can’t wait to come back again.
One night stay
Mo checked us in with a warm welcome, especially after a long day of travelling. Ellie and Rhianna were lovely on check out. Overall overnight stay was great, and the staff at the lounge bar were all lovely too. Will be returning!
business with a view
Ellie greeted us warmly and was very informative. She covered all information we need and informed us of all available services. The hotel is set within beautiful grounds and the building is delightful. Would thoroughly recommend a visit.
Pre arrival check
This is a quick review to acknowledge the Reception team who called ahead of my arrival for my business stay on Wednesday. This was a business stay and when I called the hotel back , I was told it was a pre arrival call and Hayley asked me if I would like dinner This was very helpful and Hayley managed to get me in at 7pm our preferred time for dinner
Great experience with spa, massage, afternoon tea and service.
THANK YOU for arranging the wonderful time we had at Oulton Hall yesterday. The staff - from the receptionist at the spa ( can't remember her name) to the masseuse - Medina and the other woman whose name I cant remember (whose surname started with a Z). The staff in the restaurant. We really enjoyed the new veggie afternoon tea. Do please pass on our compliments to the staff who served us
Brilliant stay thank you
Brilliant stay at Oulton Hall our superior room was very clean and comfortable... from check-in with Mohammed, dining experience with Oliver and Izzy P, staff at the Spa were very helpful in fact all staff we came across was very polite and respectful. Will stay again hopefully soon. Thank you.
Fantastic from Janine
I was here last week for a wedding, and was served by the lovely Janine. She could not do more for me and was so lovely to deal with. Would definitely visit again, hopefully when she’s on shift!
30th birthday celebrations
We have had a lovely stay at Oulton Hall over night for a 30th Birthday celebration. The staff couldn't have done enough and they went above and beyond. Special mentions to: Izzy for brilliant service in the restaurant during our evening meal. She was very friendly and nothing was too much! Terry the pastry chef for making an Eton mess for one of our guests. It wasn't actually on the menu but he was willing to make one which was a lovely touch. And finally to Seth who also went that extra mile during breakfast service. We requested some pecan plaits and he brought some fresh ones to the table. He was very polite and friendly! Thank you for such a lovely stay. We will definitely be back 😊

Wedding
I booked my wedding with Oulton hall and Bryony was my wedding planner, I couldn’t thank her and the service enough, 10/10 wedding planner, she went above and beyond to make my day special and I highly recommend anyone thinking of spending your special day here to go through with it, the best team and would do it all again in a heartbeat❤️
Another great break at Oulton hall.
Another great Spa break at Oulton hall. The staff are lovely, friendly & helpful, everyone from the team on reception, to the room cleaning team. A special mention to Lilah & Oliver in the restaurant. We had a great meal, which was made all the more enjoyable, by our interactions with Oliver & Lilah. I cannot fail to mention Carlos, who is an asset to the team. I’m sure Oulton hall has cloned him, as he's everywhere :-) He went out of his way to make our stay special. Thank you to everyone at Oulton hall. We have already booked a return visit in August to celebrate a birthday, & are very much looking forward to it.

I used the Golf facilities this weekend and had a great experience especially when being served by Janine who was welcoming and made us feel at home.

Frequently Asked Questions

Guests are invited to use the Health Club facilities on a complimentary basis during their stay, between check-in at 3pm until check-out at 11am.

Access to the facilities is subject to availability and capacity at the time of use.

Spa treatments are available at an additional charge.

If you've booked a treatment with us, you'll be given a complimentary fluffy robe and towel to use for the duration of your spa experience, and slippers/flip flops can be purchased from the spa team on arrival. Alternatively, you're welcome to bring along your own footwear. 

Our treatments are suitable for people over the age of 16. We do not provide treatments for children under 16. 

A number of our spa packages include a delicious light lunch and a glass of Prosecco. Our menu changes regularly, but please call the spa on 0113 282 1000 if you'd like further information. You can also upgrade to an indulgent Afternoon Tea if you'd like an extra treat.
