This is a quick review to acknowledge the Reception team who called ahead of my arrival for my business stay on Wednesday. This was a business stay and when I called the hotel back , I was told it was a pre arrival call and Hayley asked me if I would like dinner This was very helpful and Hayley managed to get me in at 7pm our preferred time for dinner

THANK YOU for arranging the wonderful time we had at Oulton Hall yesterday. The staff - from the receptionist at the spa ( can't remember her name) to the masseuse - Medina and the other woman whose name I cant remember (whose surname started with a Z). The staff in the restaurant. We really enjoyed the new veggie afternoon tea. Do please pass on our compliments to the staff who served us

Brilliant stay at Oulton Hall our superior room was very clean and comfortable... from check-in with Mohammed, dining experience with Oliver and Izzy P, staff at the Spa were very helpful in fact all staff we came across was very polite and respectful. Will stay again hopefully soon. Thank you.

I was here last week for a wedding, and was served by the lovely Janine. She could not do more for me and was so lovely to deal with. Would definitely visit again, hopefully when she’s on shift!

We have had a lovely stay at Oulton Hall over night for a 30th Birthday celebration. The staff couldn't have done enough and they went above and beyond. Special mentions to: Izzy for brilliant service in the restaurant during our evening meal. She was very friendly and nothing was too much! Terry the pastry chef for making an Eton mess for one of our guests. It wasn't actually on the menu but he was willing to make one which was a lovely touch. And finally to Seth who also went that extra mile during breakfast service. We requested some pecan plaits and he brought some fresh ones to the table. He was very polite and friendly! Thank you for such a lovely stay. We will definitely be back 😊

I booked my wedding with Oulton hall and Bryony was my wedding planner, I couldn’t thank her and the service enough, 10/10 wedding planner, she went above and beyond to make my day special and I highly recommend anyone thinking of spending your special day here to go through with it, the best team and would do it all again in a heartbeat❤️

Another great Spa break at Oulton hall. The staff are lovely, friendly & helpful, everyone from the team on reception, to the room cleaning team. A special mention to Lilah & Oliver in the restaurant. We had a great meal, which was made all the more enjoyable, by our interactions with Oliver & Lilah. I cannot fail to mention Carlos, who is an asset to the team. I’m sure Oulton hall has cloned him, as he's everywhere :-) He went out of his way to make our stay special. Thank you to everyone at Oulton hall. We have already booked a return visit in August to celebrate a birthday, & are very much looking forward to it.

I used the Golf facilities this weekend and had a great experience especially when being served by Janine who was welcoming and made us feel at home.

Having spent a few months working in Wakefield and staying at the Oulton Hall I felt compelled to write a review for the lovely Lillian. We have spent many evenings in the Calverley grill, I can only describe the hospitality offered as exemplar. From the initial greeting, to the menu recommendations and the attentive service; the whole package is truly offered. Lillian is leading the charge in fine dining and would encourage anyone seeking a truly exceptional experience to hesitate no longer. She’s truly a pioneer in the industry and I wish her all the best in her quest to offer exclusive experiences for all of her customers. I can only imagine the incredible opportunities and directions her future holds. Thank you Lillian.

I have been staying here for a couple of months now & there is one lady in particular who is a real mensch. Lillian is highly considered as being the cornerstone of Calvery Grill, from the moment of arrival you will be greeted with a smile & impeccable service. She creates an exclusive experience which matches the setting, giving you a real sense of luxury. We are lucky to have people like her on this planet & I will continue to stay at Oulton hall for as long as she is employed.

Came on Thursday 11/06/26 for the Relaxing Face & Back Ritual at 17:00. Medina was incredibly polite and friendly. She was also an amazing masseuse! I feel great, so thank you! I also want to mention Amanda at reception, who was incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive! She was also very patient with me (I wasn’t at my sharpest after a long day). Her male colleague was also friendly, but I didn’t catch his name! Thank you!

Wonderful stay,friendly staff especially Ellie on front desk and Oliver in the restaurant. So welcoming,the room was large and had everything for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend 5star from us x

Lovely rooms. Ate in the main restaurant tonight and were looked after by the Oliver and the rest of the team. Can’t fault it!

Adam and Tom were great with us on our corporate golf day. The whole team did a great job keeping the event going through out. Looking forward to our next one

We had another wonderful visit to Oulton Hall, which has always been one of our favourite places to stay and relax. A special mention goes to Jeanette in the Champagne Bar, who was absolutely amazing at her job. She was warm, welcoming, attentive, and provided outstanding service throughout our visit. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made our experience feel truly special. The setting was equally impressive. The view from the Champagne Bar overlooking the golf course was absolutely stunning, creating the perfect atmosphere to sit back, unwind, and enjoy the experience. Thank you to Jeanette and the team for another memorable visit. We look forward to returning again soon.

This was my second stay at this hotel as I love how friendly and accommodating the staff are. The rooms are spotless clean and comfortable. The restaurant always does good food and the service from Lillian, Erin and Sarah was superb. There is a great selection at breakfast and again the staff are always on top of everything.

Here on a 2 night stay, hotel is beautiful. Staff are amazing, in the restaurant, in the champagne bar, especially Oliver P , for such a young person he has exceptional manners, lovely personality and if he continues a career in hospitality I'm sure he will go a long way . The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast, lunch and dinner have been very enjoyable. All in all we would definitely return here.
