• Details in summary: Enjoy a Black Friday Spa Day with your choice of either one or two 25-minute spa treatments, plus a light lunch with a glass of Prosecco, robe hire and use of the leisure facilities. 
• Booking Dates: 19 November 2026 until midnight on 30 November 2026. 
• Visit Dates: 20 November 2026 – 30 April 2027, excluding 25 and 26 December 2026 and 1 January 2027.

• This offer is available at participating spa hotels within The QHotels Collection. 
• Guests can choose from either: 
• A Spa Day including one 25-minute spa treatment or a Spa Day including two 25-minute spa treatments. 
• Both offers include a light lunch with a glass of Prosecco, robe hire and use of the leisure facilities. 
• The Black Friday Spa Day rates are available Monday to Sunday at a fixed promotional price. No weekend supplement applies. 
• For participating hotels excluding Dunston Hall, treatments can be selected from the following: Personalised Express Facial / Shoulder, Neck & Scalp Massage / Frangipani Body Scrub / Frangipani Foot Treatment 
• At Dunston Hall, treatments can be selected from the following: Personalised Express Facial / Shoulder, Neck & Scalp Massage / Frangipani Foot Treatment / Express Manicure / Express Pedicure 
• Spa days are limited to a maximum duration of 4 hours. 
• Valid on new bookings only. 
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion. 
• There are only a limited number of spa days available on this promotion, and sales of this offer may be stopped at any time. 
• All rates, visit dates and spa treatment times are subject to availability and blackout dates apply. 
• At Cambridge, Forest Pines, Dunston and Slaley, Saturday spa days can only be booked within 2 weeks of arrival. 
• At Westerwood, treatments included within a Saturday spa day are not available after midday until within 2 weeks of arrival. 
• A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your spa day and any treatments. Your card will not be charged until the day of arrival unless you cancel your booking, in which case charges will apply in line with the cancellation policy below. 

Cancellation Policy 

• 7 days or more before arrival: no charge. 
• Between 7 days and 48 hours before arrival: 50% of the booking value will be charged. 
• Within 48 hours of arrival: the booking is fully chargeable. 
• No-shows: the full booking value will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. 
• We reserve the right to amend or cancel any offers as appropriate without prior notice.
