Our flexible meeting rooms can be configured to host meetings and conferences of up to 220 delegates. Ask our advice on the best space for you or take a look at the details below.
We also have a large dedicated exhibition space as well meeting rooms to serve as exhibitor registration areas, break out spaces and refreshment areas. Our largest exhibition space is the Oulton Suite which benefits from an adjacent bar and foyer area, perfect for breaks between speakers or events.
The Oulton Suite
Our largest event space for up to 350 delegates with contemporary furnishings, air conditioning, high speed WiFi, numerous power points and bright lighting to ensure copious light within.
Oulton 1 and 2
Event space for up to 200 delegates with upgraded AV capabilities including sound system and light dimmer switch. Complete with breakout area, bar and terrace, air temperature control, high speed WiFi and numerous power points.
Oulton 2 and 3
Event space for up to 200 delegates with upgraded AV capabilities including sound system and light dimmer switch. Complete with breakout area, bar and terrace, air temperature control, high speed WiFi and numerous power points.
The Upper Claret Jug
Our golf clubhouse restaurant transforms into a meeting or event space with room for up to 150 with an abundance of natural daylight and a casual, inviting atmosphere.
The Repton Room
Event space for up to 70 guests with upgraded AV capabilities including sound system and light dimmer switch. Flooded with natural daylight and complete with air temperature control, high speed WiFi and numerous power points.
The Repton Lounge
The Repton Lounge is a perfect venue for a party or gathering of up to 50 delegates. Get a group together for a presentation or enjoy a business dinner with a personalised menu. This room has natural daylight and all the technology you need.
Rosedale Suite
Event space for up to 25 guests with a cosy feel, ideal for a presentation or team building day. Flooded with natural daylight and complete with air conditioning, high speed WiFi and numerous power points.
Perkins Suite
The Perkins Suite is perfect for a small party or gathering of up to 10. Get a group together for a presentation or enjoy an executive business dinner with a personalised menu. This room has all the technology you need for an executive-level meeting.
