Feedback relating to a stay 

If you are in house at one of our hotels and have any issues or feedback, please bring this to the attention of our dedicated hotel teams who will always be happy to assist you.  

If you have recently been a guest at one of our hotels and wish to share feedback regarding your experience following your stay, please contact our Customer Experience Team at [email protected]    

Please ensure that you provide the name of the hotel and booking reference.  

Please note, bookings made over the phone, charge a small booking fee of £3 for some reservation types.
