Good stay booked through a deal website. Loved the pool and leisure access and the staff friendliness all around. Spacious and well equipped bedroom. Included dinner menu in the deal was very good quality with a great wine selection and food choices. Breakfast was bit of a letdown due to the fact that there was no fresh bread/bakery items and was super excited that the coffee machine even had decaff options (as my wife is strictly decaff and this is never available in most places) however this was not working when we were there as either there weren't beans or grind in the machine, Was substituted to a basic sachet decaff option. All in all still a good stay due to the options even though we arent golfers, bet would be even better for those who do play as seemed like a really nice golf club location. Spa/Leisure and pools are a big bonus, option of EV charging is good to have and dinner was great, just think they could improve the breakfast. Have to say staff everywhere from reception, leisure club, dining and housekeeping made the stay very relaxing and enjoyable, thank you.

Beautiful, scenic and peaceful location. The staff are amazing and a real credit to the hotel. You’re always sure of nice welcome and a lovely atmosphere to chill and relax. What ever the occasion I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to you!

Fantastic stay. We stayed in the Richmond suite and it was gorgeous. The staff were all friendly. It was quite busy but we were well looked after. The food was amazing. We will definitely return.

I enjoyed my stay at Oulton Hall. It's maybe 20 minutes in a cab from Leeds city centre and the facilities are excellent. The rooms are quiet and clean - and with a full size bath. Food was excellent and the staff even better.

Last week, my wife and I stayed at Oulton Hall and overall we had a great experience. We dined in the Calverley Grill and the food was very nice. Our evening was made even better by the fantastic service from Lilah, who was absolutely brilliant – attentive, friendly and a real credit to the hotel. The spa experience was also very good. The pool area was quite busy on Saturday morning (10–12), but the treatments themselves were of a great standard and very enjoyable. The only downside was a buzzing noise overnight, which wasn’t ideal and is the reason we’ve knocked it down by one star. Overall though, we had a lovely stay and would certainly consider returning.

Really nice hotel, clean with excellent standards. The golf court was closed so a bit disappointed with that, but no one can control the weather. Will probably try again when the weather improves. The spa is nice but struggles when it’s busy. Didn’t get any treatments so can’t comment on that service.

We had a nice stay at Oulton hall. Our room was good, needed a little update but was clean. It was a little dark and could have done with a few more lights. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant and could not fault the food. We visited the spa and health club on the Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. Both were quite busy which was to be expected. My only real concern was the cleanliness of the changing rooms. I had to mention to the staff on the Saturday that the toilet in the ladies changing was very dirty and the bins needed emptying, my husband also said the gents changing wasn’t as clean as he’d expected. I think in busier periods this should be more of a priority. Otherwise the stay was lovely. Special mention must go to Annette who took my initial booking over the phone. She was so helpful booked everything I needed and suggested times for treatments and restaurant booking etc. she then followed everything up with a confirmation email. Her service was outstanding.

We have been to Oulton hall several times and rate the hotel and staff highly. This is our place to go to when we need to get away and relax, the staff are very friendly and helpful, hotel is very clean and comfortable. My wife is unable to get into a bath and as there were no accessible rooms we were contacted to upgrade us to a suite as the staff were concerned for my wife, we both used the spa which was very good although it as many spas are pricey, staff again were very nice. The breakfast is wonderful with plenty of choice, we had a tomahawk steak my wife likes hers rare, me medium well, the chef accommodated us by taking the meat off the bone and cooking it to our choice. We would recommend this hotel.

Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We were celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday and our experience was amazing. From the reception staff wishing him a happy birthday to the balloon and card left in the room was beyond what we expected. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. We enjoyed visiting the gym and pool facilities all of which were clean and staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a delicious meal at the Calvary Grill ( my allergy was handled very professionally) and breakfast was also a delicious feast. Thank you for making our celebration so memorable, we will definitely be visiting again.

We were contacted by the hotel to see if we would like to upgrade to a superior room and to book a dinner reservation which i did and paid the extra staying for 2 nights on arrival we were told it was dinner, bed and breakfast package, we had our meal and was told by staff that dinner was included, she checked to make sure and we only had our drinks to pay for, yet on checking out we were charged for the our dinner saying a mistake had been made, how can 2 people make the same mistake when its on the booking reservation, especially when you are told by 2 different people What's included. The staff were lovely but the receptionist didn't want to know. Our room was lovely as is the hotel especially the Champagne bar and lounge, the spa was really crowded. Breakfast was good especially the cold buffet the hot food was not very warm.

Lovely hotel, great facilities and excellent service by Oliver in the restaurant. Would definitely visit again!

Fab night away with family. Staff were very attentive, rooms spotless and lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel. From start to finish our experience was faultless, well worth a stay. A couple of staff members in particular stood out to us within the restaurant, they are a real credit to the hotel and were brilliant at there roles, shout out to Oliver, Izzy & Reece for taking good care of us!

Lovely golf resort although I went for the spa

Top notch, first class Hotel, check in smooth and cant recall the ladies name but she was very pleasant. GM i think his name was Paul was in the lobby meeting guests I thought that was a nice touch. Dinner was way above my expectation and it cheered us up after a rained out round of golf. Breakfast more than acceptable . Bravo

Great experience! spa day and stay ... lovely staff especially lilah in the grill restaurant very helpful and chatty spa and pool area is lovely and rooms very comfortable little issue with the heating although questioned staff and had someone look at it straight away! Will definitely return.

Lovely day Lovely hotel Heating in room is slightly strange Bathrooms beautiful Food lovely. Served by a lovely girl called Lilah Spa staff lovely but didn't catch their name. Treatment was amazing. Pool needs to be bigger! More seats too! Dining room could do with a feather duster

Visited here for the spa and a one night stay. All the staff were lovely from the minute we arrived, we were shown around the complex on our arrival and we were made to feel very welcome. The food on the evening was amazing and the service was great thanks to Oliver and Julia! X

Came for a spa day and night stay with my girlfriend. Absolutely loved every moment. Started with a great welcome and into the spa every member of staff was helpful. Later on we went and dined at the hotel, the food was fantastic. The pork bites and the Duck main course were great. Our waitress Julia was also amazing, every moment being attentive and efficient. Really made the evening :)

The location was beautiful. The hall is set on its own acres of land. With beautiful views, and of the garden's. The hall has gorgeous pillars and architecture, skme history dotted about too. A relaxing feel in the drawing room, classy feeling in the champagne bar. Our room was simple and comfortable. It had everything, from hair dryer, ironing board, to the bed. We got a deal via wowcher. Room, breakfast, spa access, and a meal allowance per person. Food was very nice. The staff were always friendly, everyone made us feel welcome. And everyone said Good morning the next day. Wonderful people. Would definitely recommend.
