Our Health Club Class Timetable
We are excited to announce that we are slowly reintroducing fitness classes back to our leisure club. Find out more below about the classes that are available. Pre-booking is required and spaces are limited. Members can book online using your online MemberZone.
Monday:
8.15am: Pilates
Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing.
9.30am: Mumba
This dance class features high- and low-intensity intervals that help improve cardiovascular fitness while also enhancing balance, coordination, agility, and to some degree, strength, through the application of beginner-accessible choreography.
Tuesday:
9.30am: Pilates

10.30am: Yoga
Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being, and also a feeling of being at one with their environment.
6pm: Circuit
Outdoor, full body functional workout using multiple equipment including battle ropes, power-bags and kettlebells.
Wednesday:
8.15am: Pilates

4pm: Yoga
Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being, and also a feeling of being at one with their environment.
6pm: Run Club
Available to all fitness abilities, we adjust the distance so everyone can work within their own limits. A large emphasis is based on form correction, mobility and stretching.
Thursday:
10.00am: Zumba
Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere.
11.30am: Yoga

Friday:
10.00am: Zumba
Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere.
Saturday:
9am: Circuit
Outdoor, full body functional workout using multiple equipment including battle ropes, power-bags and kettlebells.
11.30am: Ashtanga Fusion Yoga
A dynamic flow for all abilities, focusing on breath, asana (posture) and energy. The Ashtanga primary series is a set sequence but this class will be a fusion of the full standing and seated poses.
