What are check in and check out times?
Check in is from 3pm. If you arrive before 3pm our concierge can store any luggage for you. Check out is by 11am.
What is the cancellation policy for rooms?
If you have booked the Best Available Flex Rate you can cancel anytime up to 4pm on the day prior to the day of arrival with no charge. Cancellation after this time will incur a charge for your first night’s stay. Other rates may carry different cancellation terms and these will be confirmed at the time of enquiry or booking.
Does Oulton Hall have disabled access?
Yes, we offer a range of facilities for guests including fully accessible bedrooms, bathrooms and lavatories, accessible entrances, access ramps, designated or assisted car parking, flashing fire alarms and assistance dogs are welcome.
Is there car parking?
Yes, we have 300 complimentary car parking spaces.
Is the hotel dog-friendly?
Yes, we are a dog friendly hotel and can provide dog packages for our canine friends.
Do you have family rooms?
Yes, we do have family rooms and are able to provide a cot in the room if requested at the time of booking.

Yes, our concierge team can organise transport via our local taxi company, additional charges will apply.
If I wish to arrive by helicopter what arrangements do I need to make?
Oulton Hall has its own private helicopter landing area where guests can land by prior arrangements. Please contact the hotel directly for further information and to make a booking.
As an overnight guest can I use your spa facilities?
Residents are welcome to use our health club during their overnight stay on a complimentary basis, although we do have specific times for families to swim. For any additional treatments, reservations are required prior to arrival.
